Mix it.. Create meatballs of the size of cherry tomato...
Boil the water, add
Then add the 11-16 (depend on the size) meatballs.
After 20m, turn off the heating.
a)
On a bowl, mix one egg + 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt till will be like creme caramel.
Add the mix to pan, slowly slowly while mix the water. Leave it for 10m.

b)
After the first 10m - add 250gr tomato passata - mix well
at the end add 4tbsp yogurt - mix well
In the end, add the Ghee (or olive oil) then mix well.

After 20m, add 2 teaspoons Kucharek (or 1 salt) to the water, mix for 1m. Turn off the heating.

On a bowl, mix one egg + 2 table spoon Greek yogurt till will be like creme caramel.
Add the mix to pan, slowly slowly while mix the water. Leave it for 10m.

After the first 10m - add 250gr tomato passata - mix well
at the end add 4tbsp yogurt - mix well
If you use Ghee add it in the end then mix well.
Serve with oil + pepper. source
