add tomato + butter, blend for 1minute. Leave it for 10m. Serve with pepper
cup = nescafe cup
-put 4cups of water to boil
-chop 1 onion + 1garlic cell
-put 1cup on chickpeas (aka 100gr)
-when beans boiled remove the white foam with a spoon.
-drop the chopped onion + garlic + 5big spoon of oil
-turn tempature to 25c wait 1hour
-after one hour, put 4tbl spoons of tomato + 4tbl oil, cook it for 3min (low fire), drop the beans and shake it

2 cup of water
250gr beans
cook for 30min, on temperature 2 (when max is 9)
for one plate mix :
@ chop half onion + 4 tomatoes, mix it!

implementation :
Boil water, add salt, add blackbeans, after 20mins remove the foam extracted. After 20m, add the onion / carrot / tomato, leave it for 20m more! (total 1h)..
Once done, strain the beans, put them to a glass bowl, mix the vinegar / olive oil / barilla, add it to beans, stir well! leave it for 30min...
ps after tried this style^ - I think is possible to upscale the vinegar to 20ml and olive oil to 40ml (as per gastronomos.gr recipe, above)
