- 2 + 1/2 glass of water
- 45gr (½ cup) Rice
- Red paprika pepper
- 1-2 Carrot
- Onion
- 2 teaspoons Kucharek (or 1 salt)
- 150gr tomato juice
- 4-5 spoon olive oil
Boil the water, drop the chickpeas, after 20m drop the Rice + Carrot + Onion + Red paprika pepper.
After 20m add the Kucharek (or 1 salt), switch off.
Drop tomato juice + olive oil, mix for 1m... Leave it 10m.
Serve with pepper.

-put 2cups of water to boil
-chop 1 onion
-put 1cup of chickpeas (aka 250gr) to the boiled water
-when chickpeas boiled, remove the white foam with a spoon.
-drop the chopped onion
-turn tempature to 50%, wait 1hour
-after first 28min put one more cup of water!
-when is done (after 1h), drop salt + 5big spoon of oil + 200gr tomato sauce
