after login, asking for card (a normal person thinking but why? I have balance to paypal)

went to a loop ( came to this view 3 times ).. I cancel it with the bottom hyperlink...
then I restart the checkout > pay with paypal, this time after login went to
switch ON the 'use balance first', a 3DS validation made by the bank for 0 amount, then finally cost deducted by paypal only.
Conclusion :

Conclusion :
- The user must have a card to pay with paypal
- Add the card by control panel then make the payment
