run > 'Set Template Builder Language' complain that the language file missing, close it
run again > 'Enable or Disable Template Builder ' now asking you to enable it for the current user, press again left button 2 times, application exits..
Word now has a proper TAB..

- User has to go to File > Options > Addins > on the bottom dropdown has to select 'Disabled Items' and press Go.
- Choose the TBAddin and enable it. Restart the Word.
- Now on Developer TAB > COM Addins > Check the Bi Publisher and press OK > Restart the Word.
