Czechs remain uninterested in euro entry (2022)
Buy rate = if the customer has different currency than the country currency and needs to convert to country currency. The exchange rate at which a foreign exchange provider will buy a currency from you.
Sell rate = if the customer has the same currency as country currency and needs to convert to another type of currency, also known as offer rate or holiday money rate or tourist rate. The rate at which a foreign exchange provider will sell currency to you.
Cross rate = if customer who want to exchange currencies that do not involve the country currency. For example, if you want to exchange Australian dollars into US dollars and country currency is euro. (src)
