3-REGISTRATION
Το ξενοδοχείο που θα μείνετε, είναι by law ότι πρέπει αυτό να σε κάνει register στη Foreign Police, για την ακρίβεια σε κάνει register για το date range που έχεις κλείσει το δωμάτιο. Εσείς μέσα σε 30 μέρες θα πρέπει να πάτε στο Foreign Polic office in Brno (map). Με το passport και το contrato που έχετε κάνει με τον landlord.
Πήγα έχει 2 γκισέ, μου μίλαγε Czech, του λέω English (?), μου λέει Deutsch (?), γυρνάω στον άλλο κύριο του λέω English (?), μου κουνάει το κεφάλι (aka εγω δεν καταλαβαίνω lol).
Όταν αλλάζετε διεύθυνση κατοικίας πρέπει να ξαναπάτε στη Foreign Police, μέσα σε 30μέρες.

4-VISA
Μετά πρέπει να πάτε να κάνετε αίτηση για Temporary Residence Permit (βγαίνει σε 60days). Έτσι πέρνετε το residence permit που σημαίνει ότι έχετε Czech Identity Number. Αυτόματα γίνονται update τα στοιχεία σας σε Health Insurance και Social Insurance, δεν χρειάζεται να κάνετε τίποτα.

Getting Married
Getting married will not affect your employment, and I am sure your employment contract does not include family status, single or married. This is not relevant for the employer.
Your social security or health insurance would not change with getting married or having a child. Just if your wife joins you here in the Czech Republic, she has to be included in the Czech health insurance system. If she stays in your country, there is no change.
Regarding taxes, you can get tax relief (some tax cut) for an economically inactive wife or for a child or for paying a kindergarten. Read more about taxes here.
In general, it is always more beneficial for tax purposes if you are married and have a child.
After all, leaving the country
There are only couple things you need to do before leaving: Return the residence card to the Immigration office and cancel the waste collection fee.

You can apply for the E104 in person in the OZP office on Příkop 4. You would need your ID, insurance card and "zápočtový list” from your employer about finishing the employment in the CR.

Your employer can ask for it on your behalf, ask your HR/Payroll.
The U1&U2 needed for unemployment to your country, you have to go by person to Labour Office. The E104 needed, to continue the insurance to your country and nothing else. To count the taxes for pension from Czech, the only way is to wait till you do the "pension request", there you will mention you have work in Czech Republic (is good to have a proof as well ex. copy of E104 or tax domiciles for each year).
3) You don't have to inform the bank that you are leaving.
4) You don't have to report leaving the house at Immigration office. When you return the residence card, the residence address will be canceled.
5) You don't have to take any document from the Financial office, Social Security or anything.
6) When you finish your stay in Brno, remember to de-register at waste. Fill in a notice of cancellation and email it to odpady[at]brno.cz within 15 days of your departure. For FAQ, you can download infosheet on waste collection fee.

When you order something outside EU, an envelope will come to your address by Czech Post (Ceska Posta), you have to send them the documents listed to the clearance document (in 'non-commercial goods for private purposes' paragraph) by email. 3-REGISTRATION
Το ξενοδοχείο που θα μείνετε, είναι by law ότι πρέπει αυτό να σε κάνει register στη Foreign Police, για την ακρίβεια σε κάνει register για το date range που έχεις κλείσει το δωμάτιο. Εσείς μέσα σε 30 μέρες θα πρέπει να πάτε στο Foreign Polic office in Brno (map). Με το passport και το contrato που έχετε κάνει με τον landlord.
Πήγα έχει 2 γκισέ, μου μίλαγε Czech, του λέω English (?), μου λέει Deutsch (?), γυρνάω στον άλλο κύριο του λέω English (?), μου κουνάει το κεφάλι (aka εγω δεν καταλαβαίνω lol).
Όταν αλλάζετε διεύθυνση κατοικίας πρέπει να ξαναπάτε στη Foreign Police, μέσα σε 30μέρες.

4-VISA
Μετά πρέπει να πάτε να κάνετε αίτηση για Temporary Residence Permit (βγαίνει σε 60days). Έτσι πέρνετε το residence permit που σημαίνει ότι έχετε Czech Identity Number. Αυτόματα γίνονται update τα στοιχεία σας σε Health Insurance και Social Insurance, δεν χρειάζεται να κάνετε τίποτα.

Getting Married
Getting married will not affect your employment, and I am sure your employment contract does not include family status, single or married. This is not relevant for the employer.
Your social security or health insurance would not change with getting married or having a child. Just if your wife joins you here in the Czech Republic, she has to be included in the Czech health insurance system. If she stays in your country, there is no change.
Regarding taxes, you can get tax relief (some tax cut) for an economically inactive wife or for a child or for paying a kindergarten. Read more about taxes here.
In general, it is always more beneficial for tax purposes if you are married and have a child.
After all, leaving the country
There are only couple things you need to do before leaving: Return the residence card to the Immigration office and cancel the waste collection fee.

2a) There is no need to contact the Financial office. -I disagree with this and today I went to taxation office I belong and asked tax domicile for each year. When the papers will come to your postbox you have to send it for Apostille sign, otherwise is useless.

If you have worked in another country and are returning to Greece, you must bring with you a file with your insurance contributions, using the E104 and U1 forms (formerly E301 form), which you can obtain from the local branch of the insurance organisation in the country in which you have worked, and submit them to your insurance organisation in Greece and to the Labour Employment Office (OAED) respectively. I called the ΙΚΑ - ΕΤΑΜ ΑΘΗΝΑΣ (YΠOΔIEYΘYNΣH EΣOΔΩN) where the officer validate it, the E104 is essential.
You can apply for the E104 in person in the OZP office on Příkop 4. You would need your ID, insurance card and "zápočtový list” from your employer about finishing the employment in the CR.

Your employer can ask for it on your behalf, ask your HR/Payroll.
The U1&U2 needed for unemployment to your country, you have to go by person to Labour Office. The E104 needed, to continue the insurance to your country and nothing else. To count the taxes for pension from Czech, the only way is to wait till you do the "pension request", there you will mention you have work in Czech Republic (is good to have a proof as well ex. copy of E104 or tax domiciles for each year).
3) You don't have to inform the bank that you are leaving.
4) You don't have to report leaving the house at Immigration office. When you return the residence card, the residence address will be canceled.
5) You don't have to take any document from the Financial office, Social Security or anything.
6) When you finish your stay in Brno, remember to de-register at waste. Fill in a notice of cancellation and email it to odpady[at]brno.cz within 15 days of your departure. For FAQ, you can download infosheet on waste collection fee.
