How to Make Cinnamon Water
  • Method 1 (Steeping): Place one cinnamon stick in a mug and pour 1–2 cups of hot (not boiling) water over it. Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Method 2 (Boiling): Boil 1–2 cups of water with a cinnamon stick for 5–10 minutes.

  • 1gr bio Ceylon cinnamon (Κανέλλα Κεϋλάνης) stick
  • 200ml water

bring to boil, slow down the fire, boil for 2-5m (I left it for 2.5m)

store the leftover, 2x40 for the next 2 days -- WARNING you cannot store more than 2 days --
The next day warm it up and drink. Consume with empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
