1) dont defrost the spinach

2) add it to tray

3) preheat to 190c

4) add the tray to oven (middle height)

5) cook to 190c (without air flow) for 15-20m, on 8 minutes flip it

6) then serve with salt+olive oil

can typically be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days
