Pressure Cooker - buckwheat

-100gr buckwheat
-200ml water
-1/4 tsp salt


  1. add the products in the pressure cooker
  2. seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure (aka pressure valve II) and kitchen heat to 9
  3. when fumes started. lower the heat to 3, wait 8 minutes, remove the pressure cooker from the heat, wait another 5-10 minutes, twist the pressure valve to I then to air.
