-add the legs, 5 minutes per side (total 10 minutes)
-add liquid (beer or water) (~80ml) and cover the lid (10 minutes) (heating level 3/10)
-flip legs cover the pan again and continue cooking for 7 to 10 minutes or until cooked through but not overcooked.
