Always follow the producer water/milk amount.
In nutshell for 95gr use 500ml. (makes 2 side portions)

Never use the suggested water, replace it with milk same amount.
-heat the milk, not boil, otherwise milk stack on pan
-remove it from fire
-add one tablespoon butter (will melt in milk) + 1 teaspoon salt (medium dose)
-throw the mash powder, mix well.

mash can be refrigerated ONLY FOR 1 DAY.
