-DON’T EAT BREAD, TAKE READY PACKED WITHOUT PRESERVATIES ‘BIO BREAD SIKALIS WITH LINSEED’ OR BAKED SLICES.

-STOP EATTING COLD CUTS, MAXIMUM TWO SLICES PER WEEK.

-DON’T EAT DONUTS / CROISSANT. ALWAYS WE HAVE DARK CHOCOLATE TO THE REFRIGERATOR WITH 70% CACAO (BLACK CHOCOLATE).

-DAILY TWO SMALL PIECES (28gr) BLACK CHOCOLATE. ONCE PER WEEK TAHINI ΜΕ RICE.

-ONE APPLE AND ONE YOGHURT PER DAY (SHOULD WRITE YOGΗURT CULTURE ON THE PACKAGE OTHERWISE IS NOTHING). MORE

-WE TRY ΒΙΟ GROUND COFFEE, IN ONE GLASS OF WATER, ADD 1.5 SMALL SPOON.

-WE BYING BIO FOODS, OR RAW AS MUCH POSSIBLE.
